Every Puppcollar order ships from our USA fulfillment center within 24 hours of purchase (Monday–Friday).

Standard (Free Shipping All over USA)— 5–8 business days
Order tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of placing your order. Track your package any time at the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Where we ship

We currently ship throughout the United States (all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). International shipping coming soon.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, email support@puppcollar.com with your order number — we'll investigate and replace it free of charge if needed.

Address changes

Need to change your shipping address? Contact us within 2 hours of ordering — once a package is processed, we can't redirect it.
